Steven Super

For almost two decades, Steven's practice has included commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, complex litigation, long term disability insurance litigation, representing medical providers in no-fault arbitrations and litigations, real estate transactions and commercial transactions. With a professional degree in architecture, Steven also provides legal services for all aspects of architectural practice.

Steven received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. While in school, Steven received American Jurisprudence awards in contracts and trusts and was selected for Who's Who Amongst American Law Students. Prior to founding Super Associates, Steven was associated with two Manhattan firms focusing on commercial and bankruptcy litigations, and mass tort and industry wide litigations in the pharmaceutical, medical device and commercial product sectors. Steven also provided risk management assessments in the areas of medical practice, construction, architectural professional service, new technologies and innovative products.

Steven is currently serving as a Director for the Central Property Owner's Association for the Village of Garden City where he resides with his wife and son.

Robert Bott
Associate

Robert received his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University after receiving a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Maryland where he studied Political Science.  Robert also obtained an Associate of Arts from Nassau Community College.

 

Prior to joining Super Associates before its merger into Super & Licatesi, Robert served as a law clerk for a prominent Carle Place law firm practicing in the fields of personal injury litigation, medical malpractice litigation and no-fault arbitration.  Robert also served as legal assistant to a Deputy Town Attorney while interning with the Town of North Hempstead where he assisted in resolving municipal disputes.

Anthony Licatesi

Anthony's practice, for three decades, has concentrated in personal injury as well as no-fault medical collections through arbitration and civil litigation.  Anthony has years of experience as trial counsel to many law firms as well as numerous health care providers and is a pioneer in the No-fault legal industry. 

Anthony frequently lectures attorneys and health care providers regarding New York State No-fault laws and regulations and has been a guest lecturer for New York State Chiropractic Association, Physical Therapy Provider Network, New York State Chiropractic Counsel as well as the American Arbitration Association and the Boom Business Network.

As a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, Anthony has work with the Governor's office, as well as the New York State Insurance Department (DFS) involving various procedures and regulations within New York State's Insurance laws. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from New York University in 1984 and graduated from Hofstra University School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor in 1987.

As an active member of the Atlantic Beach community, he has served as President of the Atlantic Beach Estates Civic Association and is currently a Commissioner of the Greater Atlantic Beach Water Reclamation District. Shortly after Hurricane Sandy, Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) appointed Anthony J. Licatesi Co-Chairman of the Atlantic Beach New York State Rising community reconstruction committee to help rebuild a more resilient coastal community and implement new and innovative strategies aimed to establish a stronger and better future for Atlantic Beach residents. Anthony is an original member of the Board of Directors for the Torch Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable organization which has raised millions of dollars for such children organizations as Tomorrow's Children's Fund, Hope with the Heart, The New York Child Learning Institute, Covenant House, Cleary School for the Deaf, The Child's School and Columbian Presbyterian Medical Center. Mr. Licatesi has also been an active fund raiser for other numerous charities including the Lustgarten Foundation.

Sabiné Ullmeyer
Associate

Sabiné received her Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University with a concentration in commercial and corporate law. She received a Bachelors of Arts from Dowling College where she studied Political Science and minored in Business.  
 
While in law school, Sabiné served as an intern in Nassau Supreme Court, Commercial Division.  Upon graduating, she interned at Nassau County, District Court.  Prior to joining Super Associates before its merger into Super & Licatesi, Sabiné practiced litigation for a prominent No-Fault defense firm in Melville, NY for two years. She has also practiced in the area of foreclosure law for two boutique Long Island firms.
