Super & Licatesi is closely monitoring the information available to us relating to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are making every effort to protect the well-being of all concerned and maintain our ability to provide exceptional client service while protecting the health and safety of our clients and employees. At this moment our offices are fully operational and we are able to conduct business in the usual course. To reduce the risk of exposure, S&L has canceled non-essential business travel for our personnel, appear at our Court and Arbitration Hearings by video conference or teleconference when possible, reduced the amount of visitors coming into our offices, and has eliminated attendance at large events. We are monitoring the CDC guidelines daily and have advised employees to work remotely if they have been exposed to or are at high risk of developing the Coronavirus. In addition, we have instructed all employees not to come to the office or any client location if they are not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms. S&L has contingency plans in place that will enable us to provide uninterrupted service to our clients with the use of technology that provides secure remote access to our systems and software. Our attorneys and staff will continue to be responsive to our clients’ needs and minimize any disruptions. Our thoughts are with those who may be impacted by the outbreak and we are thankful for the health care professionals who are working to care for them. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
